The building is a georgian townhouse comprising 4 separate flats in north London which has been managed by Canonbury Management for over 10 years. After a number of years without significant repair, the building was in dire need of renovation and was also suffering from significant structural problems to the balconies. Canonbury Management were engaged to produce a detailed National Building Specification for the project, and undertook the tendering for the works with a number of client nominated contractors. Canonbury Building also provided a quote prior to tendering to other contractors and were considerably cheaper than all other alternatives leading to us being appointed to undertake the repairs.
